RETURNS POLICY
Bikes, Bicycles, cycles, are strictly 14 days of receiving goods.
Food, nutrition, and supplements are strictly 14 days of receiving goods.
Standard products within 30 days of receiving goods.
Products can be returned by you within stated periods of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price less all freight costs on both delivery and collection, provided that:
- You are able to provide the original invoice / receipt.
- The product is an unused, unopened condition with no damage whatsoever.
Freight costs attributed to returns
When stated as free or included in your purchase the following rates apply in the event of a refund or exchange:
- DLE & A5 Satchel = $7.50
- A4 Satchel = $9.00
- Carton 255x205x150mm = $12.50
- Carton 250x250x200mm = $16.50
- Carton 340x255x305mm = $20.60
- Australia Flat Fee = $30.00
- New Zealand Large items = $200 maximum charge
- Australian Large items = $400 maximum charge
Exchanges
If the product is the wrong size and you wish to purchase an alternative variant, you may email us within 5 working days of receipt of the product and we will exchange it if an alternative is available. In the event of an exchange, products are subject to availability. We will not deliver an exchange product to you until we have received the original returned product. The product must be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy.
Incorrect Item
If we dispatch an item not as shown on your purchase order, we will arrange collection & replacement at our cost. We will offer a full refund if the product you ordered is no longer in stock.
