FCP Labs is a New Zealand-based maker of purpose-built, 3D-printed bicycle tools, developed with one simple philosophy: make working on your bike easier. Born from a passion for mountain biking, design and practical problem-solving, FCP Labs turns everyday workshop challenges into clever, functional solutions. From mess-free tubeless tyre maintenance and accurate handlebar alignment to removing stubborn suspension air caps, every product is designed to solve a real problem without unnecessary complexity.
Behind FCP Labs is a young Kiwi maker with a growing interest in engineering, product design and the possibilities of 3D printing. What started as a curiosity for creating useful things has evolved into a range of practical cycling tools, each taken from an initial idea through to a finished product.
